A SheConnects Connection Leader is the heart of each local meetup, bringing our community to life through connection, collaboration, and authentic leadership. As a trained volunteer, the Connection Leader facilitates monthly gatherings in their geographic area, working closely with local brick-and-mortar Hosts to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every woman feels seen, supported, and valued. They guide the flow of each meetup—encouraging meaningful introductions, spotlighting the Host business, and leading engaging conversations or activities that spark real relationships. More than just a facilitator, a Connection Leader is a community builder, committed to our no cost, no compete model and the belief that there is room for everyone at the table. Through consistency, professionalism, and genuine connection, they help turn networking into lasting friendships and opportunities.
